- Bank Account Change Application.
- Photocopy of new Bank Passbook (Front Page).
- Aadhaar Card (Ensure it is linked/seeded with the new bank account for ABPS).
Expected Processing Time
10 to 15 Days for PFMS verification.
Add Family Member Guide
Where to Apply
Gram Panchayat Office.
Documents Required
- Addition form signed by Head of Household.
- Original Job Card.
- Aadhaar Card of the new member (Must be 18+).
- Recent photograph of the new member.
Expected Processing Time
15 Days. The Panchayat will update the register and add the name to the card.
